Welcome to the 100 Black Men of Akron, Inc. website. I am honored to serve as the President of the Akron Chapter of the National 100 Black Men of America. The 100 Black Men of Akron, Inc. is committed to collaborating with the community, children, and families. We are dedicated to the growth and development of youth by creating opportunities and changing lives.

Our leadership encompasses the 100’s Four for the Future Program by focusing on igniting mentors, mentees, and community leaders. The 100’s leadership empowerment programs develop leaders by preparing and equipping them to address critical issues and areas that our communities are facing.

The Four for The Future Program set forth by our national organization are:

1. Mentoring

2. Education

3. Health and Wellness

4. Economic Empowerment

The national motto of the 100 Black Men is “Real Men, Giving Real Time”. The 100 Black Men of Akron’s objective is to be the premier volunteer mentoring organization for African American youth throughout Akron and Summit County.
